Terms Of Use Services Of Surekha

1. Invoice to Invoice has to be paid within 45-60 days.
2. Interest will be calculated at 24% per year after 90 days.
3. No rate difference,claim,bank commission/D.D commission is applicable on this Invoice .
4. We accept only Invoice to Invoice payments, any kind of partial payment will not be entertained.
5. Cash is not at all acceptable for the payments, available payment options are A/C payee cheque/Demand Draft,NEFT,RTGS.
6. Company retains the right to cancel your order or selected items.
7. Company follows strict NO RETURN POLICY, Only genuine defect complaints will be taken in consideration.
8. While payment, it is a must to bring debit note ready along with you, Good Returns Memo will be made according to today’s rates.
9. Party is solely responsible for the transportation and management of goods after being dispatched from our store.
10. Party is expected not to pay in cash and if you even pay in cash then 1% TDS+ PAN number have to be deposited from party’s side.
11. If party pays in cash to the agent then we are not at all responsible for it.
12. Saree returns won’t be accepted if barcode is removed on them.
